Thanks for the comment but I went to the website to which you hyperlinked and got this message, “HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden You do not have permission to view this file.”
Anyhow, for anyone who is interested - Panamfloyd stated, “Face it, people who live in countries with indoor plumbing just aren't buying your bill of goods anymore.”
